With nearly 40 years of expertise, they've built a strong reputation across commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure sectors - and more recently, have expanded into cutting-edge automated warehousing and e-commerce distribution facilities.
As they continue to grow, they're looking to bring a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer into their dynamic London-based team. The Role:
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll take ownership of mechanical design elements across a wide range of building services projects. You'll collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop coordinated, sustainable solutions from concept through to completion. Projects range from large-scale industrial facilities to commercial fit-outs and complex mixed-use developments.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Services Mechanical Design
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building systems - including HVAC, heating, and plant design
* Proven ability to deliver coordinated, integrated design solutions across multiple sectors
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and sustainability best practices
* Competent in specification writing, and producing design/drawing packages for all building types
* Experience leading projects through all RIBA stages
* Knowledge of key Health & Safety legislation and site experience (inspections/surveys)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and recognised building services design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.)
* Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in innovation and low-carbon design
