Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to take a strategic lead in procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services for major data centre clients across the Uk & Europe.
This role plays a key part in supplier onboarding, procurement planning, RFP management, supplier relationship management, contract administration, and the successful execution of procurement at a project, programme, and portfolio level. The initial focus will be within the data centre sector, managing multiple projects for high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver regular supply chain reports, providing strategic advice and seeking necessary authorisations.
- Implement procurement processes, workflows, and tendering protocols aligned with client requirements.
- Manage procurement and tendering activities at project, programme, and portfolio levels, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor progress through dashboards and reports, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Advise on work categories and packages to align with project procurement strategies.

Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Strong background in supply chain management within the construction industry.
- Proven leadership experience in procurement and supplier management.
- Experience working on high-value, complex projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
- Strong negotiation and team management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement processes and software tools.
