The Role
They are seeking a Senior Public Health Design Engineer to join their growing team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering world-class solutions for public health systems, including drainage, water supply, and sustainable solutions for high-profile projects in the UK and internationally.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on iconic international developments, including projects in the Middle East, and to shape the design of state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of public health engineering systems for UK and international projects.
* Provide technical expertise on water supply, drainage, sanitation, and fire protection systems.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, sustainable, and innovative solutions.
* Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations, codes, and standards.
* Support junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Public Health Engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in public health design engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects in the UK and internationally.
* Expertise in designing drainage, water supply, and fire protection systems.
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and international standards (e.g., BS EN, IPC).
* Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or similar design tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required for project needs.
