Asset Data Analyst

The role:

• Perform technical analysis related to our homes and measure the impact and outcomes to deliver operational efficiencies and improvement to maximise the resident experience.
• Reviewing the data workflows and processes within asset services performance monitoring
• Setting up key performance indicators to monitor all asset services (including compliance, disrepairs, voids, sustainability, investment etc…)
• Create and Maintain Business Reporting for assets using the Business Intelligence Tools
• Support the analysis of energy and carbon activities, including analysis and translating data into
• reports and management information to track the effectiveness of energy reduction measures
• Undertake data collection and analysis across the assert portfolio to prepare carbon and energy data for bids

Key Skills and experience:

• Excellent report-writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI and building engaging dashboards
• Good relationship management skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent IT skills, including advanced
