The Role:
They're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead building services design projects. You'll oversee design reviews, guide project teams, and foster professional growth while driving innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams, mentor junior engineers, and lead design reviews.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and improve design processes.
- Support business growth by attending events and contributing to recruitment and strategy.
What They're Looking For:
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Amtech, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Proven ability to lead M&E teams and manage projects.
- Experience with utility power supply, DNOs, and modern relay technologies.
- Knowledge of mission-critical or similar projects, with MV/HV experience preferred.
