The Role :
- Lead design and drawing assignments, collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
- Apply expertise in design and construction techniques to elevate project outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate across design disciplines for seamless project execution.
- Utilise CAD and IT systems effectively to optimise workflow.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and contractual procedures.
- Enhance expertise through site visits and ongoing professional development.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience :
- Architect: RIBA Part 3, ARB Registration, 4+ years' experience.
- Designer: Possess a recognised design qualification, 4+ years' uk experience.
- Revit is essential as this is a Revit based practice.
- Project experience in either Data Centre / Commercial / Life Science sector is most desirable.
- Good Design and technical understanding, ideally experience across the RIBA stages.
