Sustainability Manager
Location:London (Head Office with project visits)
Salary: £45-55k + Comprehensive Benefits
We are delighted to be working with a leading London-based construction management specialist, renowned for their expertise in commercial sector retrofits and high-quality interior fitouts. As they expand, they are committed to embedding sustainability at the core of their operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Sustainability Manager to join and play a pivotal role in shaping their sustainability strategy. Working closely with the Sustainability Lead, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change across their projects. Your responsibilities will include managing building certifications (BREEAM, WELL), environmental reporting, GHG accounting, social value initiatives, and implementing circular economy strategies. You'll also leverage industry-leading technology platforms to enhance data collection and reporting.
They are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sustainability, innovation, and inclusive hiring practices. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in sustainability within the construction sector, and be proficient in managing BREEAM and WELL certifications. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to developing sustainability initiatives are essential.
