Our client , an large public sector provider are looking for a General Practice Surveyor :

£302.48 PAYE | £400 Umbrella

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office minimum , skills required for this role :

• Experience working with a local authority and knowledge of processes - able to hit the ground running.
• Qualified MRICS or equivalent - knowledgeable about Property management, L&T, valuation and general all round property experience.
• Can be relied on to take cases forward acting independently and proactively to achieve objectives
• Good negotiator
• Team player
