They are seeking a Document Controller on a temporary basis for some additional support on one of London's most recognised Luxury five star hotel refurbishment .

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Document Controller to play a crucial role in the management of project documentation for a luxury ultra high end hotel refurbishment This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects in the heart of London.

They are ideally looking for someone with experience using ASite, this is essential for the ideal candidate to have had experience using these software package to enable them to hit the ground running.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organise project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate the flow of documents between project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure efficient document management throughout the project life cycle
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry, preferably within high-end residential refurbishments.
- Experience with ASite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
