Asbestos Surveyor

The role:

Conduct asbestos sampling, Reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
Additional duties will include collecting site data, transport of asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories approved by the company and completing asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
Building and maintaining client relationships plus providing specialist advice and technical support when required.
Ensuring all work carried out complies with CAR 2012, HSG 264 and all other regulatory asbestos Legislation.

Key Skills and Experience:

BOHS qualified asbestos surveyor - must have P402 and P405 qualifications
* Minimum of 1 years experience post qualification
