Excellent job for a Senior Architect experienced in leading teams for stage 4-5 detailing and coordination of projects in revit (advanced skills required). You will be given the chance to work with a market-leading studio on the design and implementation of a high-profile mixed-use project, so previous similar experience is preferred by our client. They are really busy and are looking to add to an already strong team working on a variety of packages within a large mixed-use project (involving new build and refurbishment).

Experience in Stages 4 & 5 is essential with a strong understanding of technical design and building regulations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and methodical person who can not only organise themselves but also the activities of the rest of the team. Advanced knowledge of BIM is essential not only for the purpose of drawing production but also to advise the rest of the team on the best way to achieve the desired result from the model, whilst also ensuring compliance with office standards and procedures. The ability to lead and interact with a team of professionals both internally and externally is considered extremely important here.

With a strong pipeline of work ahead there is expected opportunity for career growth and, in addition to a range of benefits, the studio also operates on a a hybrid (2 days/week from home) working basis.
