We're excited to be partnering with a top multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy looking for a CAD Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to lead and shape the MEP CAD model and drawing production process.

Your Role:
* Lead and refine CAD/BIM standards, ensuring templates, details, and object families are up to date and adhered to.
* Oversee drawing production across internal teams, engineers, external CAD bureaus, and contract/agency staff.
* Manage and mentor the CAD/BIM team, setting priorities, coordinating workloads, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Drive operational efficiency, implementing the latest software, technology, and training strategies.
* Produce 2D & 3D MEP drawings using AutoCAD MEP and Revit, following BSRIA BG6 & RIBA work stages.
* Maintain high standards for drawing production, supporting team development and best practices.

What You Need:
*15-20+ years' MEP experience or a relevant construction-related degree/diploma.
* Expertise in AutoCAD/Revit (certifications are a plus!).
* Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality CAD/BIM outputs.
