The Role :

  • Lead design and drawing assignments, collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
  • Versatility to work across RIBA stages, taking a project from inception, through concept design development, and getting stuck in to technial detailed design and onsite construction stages.
  • Apply expertise in design and construction techniques to elevate project outcomes.
  • Be in a client facing position, chance to independently manage client relationships.
  • Coordinate across design disciplines for seamless project execution, collaborating with other disciplines in house.
  • Utilise Revit / CAD and IT systems effectively to optimise workflow.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and contractual procedures.
  • Enhance expertise through site visits and ongoing professional development.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience :

  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Designer : RIBA Part 3, ARB Registration, Overseas Equivalent, with 3+ years industry experience.
  • Revit proficiency and live project experience is essential. BIM awareness or experience is an additional bonus.
  • Project experience in either Data Centre / Commercial / Residential / Health care sectors is most desirable.
  • Good Design and technical understanding, ideally experience across multiple RIBA stages.
