Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to take a strategic lead in procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services for major data centre clients across the Uk & Europe.

This role plays a key part in supplier onboarding, procurement planning, RFP management, supplier relationship management, contract administration, and the successful execution of procurement at a project, programme, and portfolio level. The initial focus will be within the data centre sector, managing multiple projects for high-value clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver regular supply chain reports, providing strategic advice and seeking necessary authorisations.
  • Implement procurement processes, workflows, and tendering protocols aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage procurement and tendering activities at project, programme, and portfolio levels, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor progress through dashboards and reports, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Advise on work categories and packages to align with project procurement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Strong background in supply chain management within the construction industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in procurement and supplier management.
  • Experience working on high-value, complex projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
  • Strong negotiation and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and software tools.
