BIM Manager for London Commercial Team
Salary: £60-65k
Central London - Full time, permanent
Are you a seasoned BIM Manager with a deep understanding of UK building regulations and large-scale project regulations?
As the BIM Manager at this Architect's firm, you would be working closely with the Founding Director, an individual with a genuine passion for BIM and technology coming from an Architectural background, someone who shares this mindset would thrive in this position as you will be met with the opportunity for progression that could lead to a Director level role and being a key contributor to the growth of the consultancy from a business and project perspective.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of detailed information models and digital twins for various purposes and ensuring the smooth execution processes. This role would be well suited to someone who is confident being able to manage and lead a team of dedicated Junior Revit modellers, knowledge share and act as a mentor to guide the professional development of the team.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit - Architecture & MEP (essential)
- Relevant certification or degree in a related field (Architecture or MEP)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of BIM - processes, best practice, standards and regulations
- Innovative mindset and genuine passion for BIM and Technology
- Strong project management skills and the ability to be client facing and exceed expectations
- Proven experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
