The Opportunity:
As an Electrical Associate Director, you will lead high-profile projects, serve as a technical authority, and drive innovation within the team. Your role will encompass strategic leadership, mentorship of junior engineers, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and act as a mentor to support the professional growth of team members.
- Lead engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet performance, budget, and timeline goals.
- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions, conducting feasibility studies and delivering advanced designs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Represent the company at conferences and events, contributing to business development efforts.
- Produce and review technical reports, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape business strategies and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Your Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical engineering with a strong background in mission-critical or comparable projects.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring colleagues.
- Skilled in delivering designs for complex systems, particularly in data centres or similar high-demand environments.
- Creative and solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of additional engineering disciplines or willingness to expand your expertise is highly desirable.
