Are you a visionary Designer looking to propel your career within a renowned practice situated in the heart of London?

With a legacy dating back to 1961, this practice has won awards and work with a range of global clients operating from their two studios in London and Europe. The London studio is 30 people strong with a heavy focus on collaborative working and career development.

The successful individual will jump into a versatile role where you'd get the chance to be in a client facing position, manage and run your own projects, get stuck in with a variety of design and technical production work, whilst being supported to enhance and develop your skill-set as a valued member of an established team.

The Role :

The position is for an experienced Interior Designer, ideally someone with 7+ years of industry experience, or an Interior Designer with 5+ who is ready to step up and grow.

There will be an emphasis on workplace projects, but will not be limited to this sector given the studios diverse portfolio.

Ideally you will be experienced in leading a project team, engaging with the client process, have excellent presentation and skills, and the ability to listen, understand, interrogate and interpret client needs and requirements to translate into a concept.

You will have a strong understanding of market trends, along with FF&E and be a self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach.

The requirements :

  • 4 - 7+ years industry experience, with a relevant BA Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Excellent Revit and creative cloud skills
  • Solid sustainability credentials

  • Strong project leadership / client facing skills
  • Demonstrable experience of Commercial Interior Design, through all stages of design and development.
  • A good understanding of FF&E, colour and material specification and development.
  • Up to date knowledge of industry design trends

  • Strong collaboration skills, good self-organisation and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial
  • Strong presentation and story-telling credentials, along with excellent visualisation skills
